Fulfilment Solutions (FS) has a clear ambition to continue growing in order to further optimize its fulfilment processes. With a planned move to a new, state-of-the-art fulfilment center in Hoofddorp in mid-2027—where available storage and processing capacity will be tripled—FS is already making targeted investments in scalability, automation, and services.
The growth of Fulfilment Solutions is initially being achieved organically, but is gaining significant momentum through the acquisition of De Pakkettenfabriek. As of January 2026, the fulfilment company based in Roelofarendsveen has officially become part of Fulfilment Solutions.
Complementary expertise within the same fulfilment industry
De Pakkettenfabriek was founded more than ten years ago and now employs 50 dedicated staff members. The company has grown into a strong and reliable fulfilment partner, primarily serving B2C webshops within the Netherlands.
Fulfilment Solutions also operates within the fulfilment sector, but serves a different customer base: Dutch and international brands that, in many cases, are active not only through their own webshops but also in B2B, physical retail, and online marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol.com.
Thanks to these different market approaches—combined with a shared focus on employees and customer-oriented processes—the two companies complement each other seamlessly.
Stronger together through joining forces
By bringing Fulfilment Solutions and De Pakkettenfabriek together, the strengths of both organizations are reinforced. At the same time, new opportunities arise in the areas of technology and services, enabling the combined organization to serve a broader target audience and better support the growth of existing customers.
The current management and team of De Pakkettenfabriek will remain actively involved. For the time being, operations will continue from the Roelofarendsveen location. In the longer term, a move to the new facility in Hoofddorp is planned, where all fulfilment activities will be consolidated.

With expanded capacity, further automation, and the pooling of expertise, Fulfilment Solutions is taking an important step toward a more comprehensive, flexible, and future-proof fulfilment solution. This enables the company to support an ever-wider range of customers with sustainable fulfilment in a rapidly evolving e-commerce market.
